招商局南京油运股份有限公司(招商南油:601975)4月17日公告显示,第十届董事会靠前次会议,选举徐晖为董事长(法定代表人),徐晖同时出任战略委员会主任委员。第十届监事会靠前次会议选举刘威武为监事会主席。
上届董事长张保良、监事会主席徐挺惠未获得连任,他们分别在任上有两年和三年时间。其中张保良出生于1961年,已经到退休年龄;徐挺惠则出生于1964年。
徐晖,现任招商轮船副总经理,1968年7月出生,现53岁,经济学硕士,是一名老资格航运、船运管理人士。
徐晖历任香港明华船务项目管理,海宏轮船(英国)业务代表,海宏轮船(香港)助理经理、业务经理、副总经理,招商局能源运输股份有限公司(即招商轮船:601872)总经理助理、副总经理、副总经理兼总法律顾问等职务。
经董事长徐晖提名、董事会提名委员会审查,董事会续聘周斌为总经理,曾善柱为董事会秘书。经总经理周斌提名、董事会提名委员会审查,董事会续聘王晓东、曾善柱、王桂付和张传清为副总经理,申晖为总会计师。王晓东还曾担任总船长。高管人员保持稳定,未发生变化。
上述高管人员简历显示,周斌、申晖分别出生于1970年、1972年,其余高管都出生于1970年之前,招商南油高管年龄多是50岁以上,未有1975后人选。招商南油是招商局旗下上市企业,为央企,注册地和主要办公地位于南京。
公司新掌门人自2014年2月就出任招商轮船副总经理,其在2020年薪酬为160.54万元,高于招商南油现任高层。年报显示,招商南油高层去年薪酬*高是周斌,其薪酬为155万元,并有多名高层薪酬都是132.05万元,主要高层薪酬都有不同程度增加。
而招商南油员工人均薪酬去年为30.55万元,比2019年高大约8000元。人均创利62.4万元,人均创收181万元。
